With synchronous tensodiffusion controlling and conveying label, it accommodates stably and fast, and it guarantees the speed of conveying label and precision of labeling. With position mechanism for labeling, it guarantees the error of precision is ±0.2mm only. The custom-made mould for clients wholly, is more convenient in using. The distance of peeling off label is figured by microcomputer with the length and photo-electricity sensor automatically, and it does not need to adjust the position of photo-electricity sensor. It is more convenient. With the emergency stop switch of pedal touched, it guarantees to manufacture more safely and operate more favorably. Simple operations, any one can do gently and fast.
It specializes in labeling kinds of round bottles and conical bottles that are bigger sizes. Rolling and pressing bottles with wheel, makes label be more fasten. Fore-and-aft sections can choose pipelining. Back section--Product Collection Table (optional) is convenient for collecting, tidying and packing finished product.
